my provider have setted the server for to send only 400 emails in one hour, i have more of 600 registered users in my forum, with vbulletin email i can't divide 400 emails sended now and 200 sended after the next hour.

Exist a mod that allow to manage the vb global email that allow to send a number of email "now" and the rest after some time?

It is not a VB3 engine, just a parsed copy!
