Is there a simple "find my own posts' hack? / Plug In?

Hack? You don't need a hack to do that.

On 3.6, go to your profile page. Under 'Forum Info' click on "Find all posts by ..."

On 3.7, go to your profile page. Under 'Statistics' click on "Find all posts by..."

When doing an advanced search, put in your username without any keywords and hit search.

Or click your name in a post and click on "Find all posts by ...".
