There has to be a way to mandatory have an "Announcement or Sticky" open on top of a Thread; so user does not have to open it when visiting a Thread.

"Notice" is not an option, since I'm using BB Code [table], and it's much more flexible for me.

Why are you creating a second thread about this issue? There is no need to do that. Please keep it all in the original thread - Open Anouncement?

The rules state not to bump your thread within 24 hours. If you do so, your post gets merged into your last post. So be patient or that is what will happen.
