Databse error in cpanel

when i am going in cpanel/Usergroup/Usergroup Manager
edit any user group and save ...

Database error

Try disabling your plugins and try again.

Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit config.php and add this line right under <?php

That's the error you get if you disable the plugins? Most likely that's because a modification also required you to upload a page into /includes/xml so remove (temporarily) those files and then see if you still get the error.
