When I first installed the forums I set the config to mysqli but when I did the actual install it told me it couldn't do mysqli and that i needed to do mysql, however, I have the newest version of both php and mysql so I am not sure why it won't let me do it.
Once the board has been configured via mysql is there a way to change to mysqli? I am not sure how a lot of this works. |

Most likely, your PHP was not compiled with MySQLi support - talk to your host.
