What are these files that have just started aprearing in my root directory. Can I delete them without breaking anything?

I upgraded recently to vb3.74 from 3.68. I have also installed a VBadvanced mod that shows random photos on the front page. I only say that because the "owner" of the files in question is "48" the same owner of the coveralbum.php which installed with the VBA hack.

I've never seen any files like that. Ask this question over on the vBadvanced site or whatever site you got the coveralbum.php file from.
