Hi, I'm having a hard time trying to figure out how to get take out the space between my flash banner and the first gray bar under neath it. (this is my forum) Ideally, it would fit right on top of it. Can anyone help me out or point me in the right direction? Thanks!

You've got a break (<br />) right between the two:
