I need the Announcements hack [NOT THE ONE DISPLAYED WHEN YOU LOG IN]

It simply looks like a sticky but it shows out more, it has a loud speaker and which ever thread your in, you can view it. I've been looking forever and my results are the announcements above the chat boxes..

It isn't a hack......It's in your control panel.

ACP >Announcements > Announcement Manager > Post New Announcement.

You have the option of which forums to display it in.

Nevermind got everything done! For those who find this in the future, its simply posting it on one then choose All Forums

An announcement is just that....there is no option to reply (as in a thread) as far as I know.

As an alternative....I have all "Sticky" titles in Bold / Red.

Can't remember how I did it though.....must have been a template edit I think.
