Hello we would like to implement a banner system that the banner randomly chosses one that we have set in the admincp everytime you refresh. We have used imagerotate.com but then when there server runs slow it means ours does too. So is there any tyype of html that i could do this with?

vbulletin.com has a plugin posted in their 3.7 how to section that does this and there are a few around here that does it and there is also thevbgeek.com advertising banner system but costs money (well worth it)
