Is there a mod when people register...

I am searching for a mod that will search IP addresses for my current members and will match them.

I am trying to cut down on people who already have a user name on my message board and trying to create a new user names.

Say for instance, Johndoe already has a user name and he has the following IP addresses when he has posted (11.111.111.111,11.111.111.112 ). Johndoe tries to register for another user name and after he registers the mod does a check if he is already a member. if he is a member, it will send an email or PM to me and lists what user name he already has?

Is there anything like this?

That would be very awkward, especially for dial up users who may have a different IP every connection.

I understand you would not be able to catch every IP, but you would still get a decent amount.

I validate every user name that registers and have to do this process manually and it would be easier if there was a hack that did this automatically.

Any idea?
