MOD which scans a post and turns an email address into a contact box?

I wonder if this would be possible, no doubt it will be useful!

I'm looking for a mod that would scan every post added and turn every email address from mail@example.com to "click here to email"

I would like if someone clicks on "click here to email" a box just like tell a friend which allows the user to add a title and message and their email. Then complete a captcha check.

When they submit the form I would like it to be sent to the original email address from my forum with the message in the content.

This would help raise the profile of my forum as people receiving the emails would know they came from my forum. Also it would be great if it would be possible to log how many emails were sent etc..

Any ideas or other suggestments to improve this request.

Any coders fancy a go?
