User level question

seems like I have seen this here but was wondering if there is a way to have certain sections for members with a certain amount of posts

There is a mod called "Advanced permissions based on post count" or something like that, try search a bit.

Or if you don't want to install a modification, set up a Usergroup Promotion to promote users to a new usergroup, which has the permissions to see the extra forums, when they reach the certain amount of posts. (Usergroup Promotions - for documentation)
