i want smilies like this..
when i had clicked on smilies button all smiles need to open in new brwser or new tab..with their codes

Do you mean the link that says "more" in the smilie box?

That is there by default, did you modify templates?

Add a new style via the style manager with no parent, browse to the new style and see if the link is there.
