How would I add forum pages like http://audentio.com/forums/index.php has when you like go to another forum it might be under http://audentio.com/forums/index.php?page=2. How do I do that.

thats not what I want what they do is they have different forums on each page.

you did not read the article carefully. It says this:-

You could just set the category's display order to zero and then link to the forumdisplay.php page.
