Knowing users only links.

Hello, i was wondering, does anyone know the codes for (members only links)... and (Guest links)
As in links that only logged in users can see Such as "usercp" "Logout" etc
And links that only guests can see, Such as "register" "todays post" etc.
For example, if i made a link called "Test" and i wanted only logged in users to see it, any idea what code of line i need to add.
Does anyone know what i mean?
Because i removed all my links from the navbar, and am putting them in my header, so i need the members and guests link codes.

Help would really be appreciated!
