Smiles are not leaving the editor even I have deleted via admin cp

Hello Dear please help me..

My forum screen

I also change the order of smiles from admincp, But it is showing no effect on smilies displaying in the ediotor . Even I have deleted that smilies. So it is showning no image as I have circled in the above screen shot..
I think it is the bug in the VB software, As I also find the same problem in other forums..

I have deleted that smiles via admincp but it is still showing in the editor..

To troubleshoot this, please remove any hacks and disable your plugins, then see if you still have this problem.
Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit config.php and add this line right under <?php

define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);

If so, reupload all the original vB non-image files (except install.php). Make sure you upload these in ASCII format and overwrite the ones on the server.

If your problem still exists, please create a new Style with no Parent set. Now browse the forum using this new style, do you still have the same problems? If you are troubleshooting login or guest issues, you will need to set this style as board default in the vBulletin Options.

After you do as Marco instructed, if it is still happening, clear you cache and do a hard reset and see if that helps. I too have this problem from time to time and that usually fixes it.

I have done that all...
config file edited..
last day I have uploded/Installed the latetest version of VB., I think there is no need to reupload it again..

The styles eror..
I have also checked in the Default theme

Dear Bofo, How did you fix this problem at your board?

Because in my case is was pulling the smilie from the cache instead of from the site. I take it you have post-caching turned on?

Final Thoughts...
Just upload that image of the smiles which is not showing...

Not bad Idea. But This is true that after installing Vb 3.7 Gold smiles are not displaying randomly, as shown on the beta version and in the 3.6.x version of Vbulletin..
