Is there a hack/mod or a way to have a number of fixed terms link to a certain page.

Example:

Every time someone types the words "widget" it links to a page where widgets can be purchased.

Is this possible? I want to pre defined approx 50 products.

You'll have to create a plugin at postbit_display_complete and do an str_replace() to replace them. Take note of URLs though.
