how do i bring the Forum BOX to the bottom of 24hourClock BOX?

how do i put the footer navigator below stats?

i want the contact us nav be above the PICS

1. You will need to remove the forum headers from FORUMHOME and insert them into forumhome_forumbit_level1_nopost.
2. You will need to remove it from FORUMHOME and insert them into the footer.
