I just recently purchased vBulletin and am relatively new to the community. One of the things I'd like to setup is a forum where people can post their own skin as a file download. Do I need any special mod to be able to show screenshots or file attachments? Any suggestions would be great as to an idea of how it could be done.

every user in the usergroup with attachment permissions can upload files.

they they can simply attach a screenshot of the skin OR link an image with the [IMG] bbcode.

you just need to allow users to upload files and show them as attachments to download, right ?
with screens !!
