OK for some reason when im in the admin panal doing stuff alot of time im gettin "Connection resetting Messages"

"The connection was reset

now is this a hosting issue?

this just started to happen today

Its a problem to do with the server your site is hosted on... it might be vBulletin related but there is no indication as such, from the information you've provided.

Contact your host maybe they can assist you.

ok im talking to support is ther anything i should have adjusted? memory limit or somthing?
