Simple Question?

Where do I disable the switch to turn off "Veiw Forum Leaders" I do not want site members to beable to see this. I looked for it but I am not finding it... Sorry I know this is a very simple question... I feel silly even asking it.

Just remove the link to the page (in FORUMHOME).

Either. That only prevents members from seeing the link (I think this is what you want). To disable it for everyone:
vBulletin Options > General Settings > Enable Forum Leaders
