Was wondering if anyone can point me to the mod that allows users to custom their profile page with their own layout colors.

Tried searching it with no success.

you're in 3.7.. then its a default feature of vB to customize profile layouts. it is OFF by default.

go to vbulletin options->user profile options->Enabled User Profile Features->Check Profile Styling

also set the permissions in usergroup manager->Profile Styling Permissions

Yep. Why it is off by default is beyond me. That and the Quick Reply not bein automatically turned on is beyond me too.

If you have the vb blog, there is a mod that allows the users to customize it just like the profiles

How do you turn the quick reply on when using postbit legacy?

I can see quick reply in it, but you would have to click the "quick reply" button, before typing anything in.
