is there anyone at all who is interested in getting payed to make a vbulltin mod???

i seem to have been asking for a long time now and have come across hundreds of people all too keen to release their next free mod to do anything else.

i will pay someone good money if they can make a plugin for me.

please i have a good budget you will not be working for peanuts

You need to state what the mod is that you want and post it in the paid requests forum.
