Is there a mod out there that allows you to have a help menu like the one on this site?

I'm mainly looking for the items that are being linked to. Sitemap generator, privacy policy, about us, etc...

You don't need a mod for that.

All they did was use a Dropdown Menu in the Nav Bar and organized there links in it, just like the other drop down menus.

I know how to create one. I was just looking to see if someone had made the templates that are linked in the menu.

I found the sitemap (by Boofo)
I'd like to have the others also.

The FAQ is the same.

The others you'll have to ask vb.org owners/staff for that information, as I unfortunately do not know.
