when we Add A reputation to another Person ,the Msg Comes , I DISAPPROVE , I APPROVE And Bellow put Comment Abot it

My Question is is there not any type of reputation mod , in which we give points to another person , like i got 100 point If u like some 1 post i give him +25 point and my 100 becomes 75 and his 0 becomes 25
