searching a priority 3d mod

Hi all,
exist a mod that can do remaining to up a normal 3D?

example:
All the stiky 3D are posted in up of the forum, after, the old normal post go down when a newer 3D is write.
I'm searching a mod that allow to the old 3d(chose by admin or mod) remaining in the up of the forum.....

AnyBody Know this mod?
