Modifying the way the Quote looks

First post hoping it is the right room. Looked for a mod and could not find it. I see that when items are quoted on here there is a large " and a vertical line designating the quote.

I am using the standard out of the box with the QUOTE: User Name surrounded by the box.

Does anyone know where that would be? I am on 3.6.9.
