3.7, Visitor Messages

How do I enable the text-box in profiles so users can enter Messages? I've enabled Visitor Messages and permissions for groups... in which I can see the tab in their profiles... but I can't see the text-box?

Ah I've found the issue, you have to enable it through your member CP.

Is there a way to quickly enable it among all members? I can't find the field for it in the database.
