Default feed content on external vb page..
okay soo... http://www.likenota.com/Tutorials.php theres my external vb page. i want to be able to feed forum content on that page. for instance new threads in a specific forum, or something similiar to what vbadvanced does yet all done by code..

okay so how do i get that to work with the http://www.likenota.com/forums/Tutorials.php page? heres the feed page : http://www.likenota.com/forums/info.php

like embed it in there.. ?
