I can't find the name of this template and I would like to do some customization. The template/page appears when you try to access a page that has been restricted to that usergroup. Basically, it says:

Thanks! |

The easiest way to find a template name is to go to vboptions > General Settings and turn on the option that puts the Template name in the HTML source code. Then, go to the page and view the source code and the template name will be there.
