Hey guys,
Just upgraded to 3.7 - did a test ban on one of my accounts and then went to unban it in admincp but the banning.php page has been loading for the past half an hour...?

Any reason as to why it wont work? :s!

Have you tried reuploading the file and seeing if it then works? or tried disabling your plugins and seeing if it works?

I dont think there is a banning.php file in vBulletin by default. May want to check the filename
