How would you setup your forum

I run a forum that is looking to turn international.

If it is to get as big as we want it to be we will want it we will require most of the forum to be trippled.

We organise and advertise events, and if the forum gets very busy it will be hard to flow through to look for events in your state or country.

other than running lots of forums and or sub forums for each state or country wat other ways could we set this up. trying to keep it neat as possible.
