Cannot recd the PM from members of my Site

Hi, My members say that they cannot send their PM to me becoz of these error. A copy is enclose hereby

The following errors occurred with your submission:

1. admin has chosen not to receive private messages or may not be allowed to receive private messages. Therefore you may not send your message to him/her.

If you are trying to send this message to multiple recipients, remove admin from the recipient list and send the message again.

please tell me how to restore back and allow member to send me message.

go to your UserCP -> Edit Options

and enable recieve PMs

I have try it but it doesnot working, I cannot recd any messager from Members,please help.

If your have your usercp options set correctly, i would suggest posting at vbulletin.com, not here for support.

You can try to globally disable your hacks and see if the issue goes away, other than that, this is a support issue that vbulletin.com needs to handle.
