Hacks (upgrading)

Hello,

I have a few hacks about 4 or 5 ... which are all .xml plugins and a few template edits. One hack is the image resizer by spleasure.

I'm running 3.7 BETA 5 ... and when the next version is released (hopefully a RC) ... will I need to uninstall all .xml plugins before performing the upgrade ... or will it be safe to keep them?
