help on some w3 errors

Value Error : background-color Parse Error -

I cannot for the life of me trace this at all in the source code on the home page. Anyone else know of any proper method to trace this?

29 errors, not horrible as most are duplicates such as these:

Line 779, Column 73: character "&" is the first character of a delimiter but occurred as data.

How would I fix this exactly? I know where the js is in the style anyway.


Line 2345, Column 11: ID "collapseobj_forumhome_activeusers" already defined.

This confuses me. How am I supposed to fix this? If I change id to class, it does not work. If I change the class name, also does not work.
