Slide show BB code or the such?

Is there any hack that gives the user an option to create a slide show, for example they put 6 inline images, and before submitting, can click the slide show button to create one and hit submit?

When that is done,the images stay at full size, I have seen a couple of slide show and the image were tiny thumbnails.
