COPPA Approval
I couldn't quite find this in the vB documentation. When you approve a COPPA user, is it as simple as ticking the radio button in the Admin CP to yes? Or do I need to send an activation email as well?
I noticed that I have two COPPA users in the actual "(COPPA) Users Awaiting Moderation" user group, and one COPPA user in "Users Awaiting Email Confirmation". Does that mean that they can activate (or fail to activate) their account prior to the approval process? Meaning that I could have COPPA users showing up in the moderation queue as well in the awaiting confirmation user groups?
