Looking for a mod: Youtube embedding that can be disabled in User CP

I apologize if this is something I should have found myself, but I searched for a while and didn't turn up anything. Is there a mod on here for embedding youtube (and/or other) videos in posts that can be disabled by users in the User CP options. I'm thinking it'd be like disabling the display of avatars and images. Thanks for any help.
