How can we call Forumdisplay title in php ?

For example, in this forum; there is a

General vBulletin Discussions: General modification & vBulletin discussions. eg. "How do I do this in vBulletin?", "Can this product do this?", "What does this feature do?", etc

above. I want to make these in forumdisplay code.
