Posibility to make different skins and let the viewer change theme?

Is it possible to make multiple skinns and let the viewer select what theme to view? I am talking about all colort, buttons, background headers etc, is this possible? (We will keep the same width and height on everything but the look changes)

Edit: just saw that it was possible when I found the option on this site
