when i attempt to pm to user named CΛSTΞX,

it shows an error which says there isn't a regitered user named CËSTÎX

How can i solve the problem ?
i am using 368 patch level 2.

This appears to be a character collation issue with either mysql or the db itself, you should ask your host or issue a support ticket at vb.com
