Hi people, I am getting email, letting me know I have new registered users. I typically go into Admin CP, and go to Users-search for users-List Users Awaiting Moderation, then I am getting No Matches Found. However the user's are showing in "show all user's" in Admin CP. I do not see them on the forum however. Why am I not getting the option to approve as I usually do? Thanks in advance, JPT.

Check their usergroups. Probably they are not in the usergroup "Users Awaiting Moderation".
