Where do I get the "who's viewing this thread?" box?

vBadvanced has it. And its on the top, not the bottom like another board I frequent.

I believe that it's a stock vBulletin option. To get it at the top, I reckon it would be as simple as moving something in the SHOWTHREAD template.
