pulling posts from user blogs based on readership

i would like to have my home page aggregate blog posts and articles from my member sites based on the number of views that the user gets. For example, I would like to have my forum users post something as a new post, check a box to make it a blog post on their blog site, and then have a link to their post show up on a main page after it is viewed by a certain number of people.

Is this possible?
