[Help] Skins / Templates

Howdy y'all,

So I'm pretty new to vBulletin and am having some serious issues with correctly installing skins. Now, as far as I'm aware, I'm doing it 100% correctly according to the instructions, but I have no idea where I'm going wrong. I end up with the images normally working, but everything is always all out of proportion, no matter which skin I use.

I'll show my current one as an example:

Sorry if that's classed as advertising or whatever, but I'm in need of some assistance. Much <3 to anyone that can point me in the right direction.
