generate a list of all forums and sub forums

I want to create a list of the first 2 levels (or all levels) of my forum, and I want to display them below the navigation bar in the forum home and the forums display.

the main use of it will be to make them in a collapsible box for quick access...

if some one can point me to a mod or can help me with some pointers will be helpfull
