I am having a ton of trouble getting my FTP to work, and it is getting really frustrating.
I am partnering with someone else, who has the site hosted, and I am trying to add some plugins, like a portal and an arcade, but I cant get into an FTP to upload it. My site is http://graphixcentral.adzone.org/index.php . I am not sure what I put in to get it to work. Whenever I try to get in I get this...

Can anyone help me, because this is getting really annoying.

Talk to our partner because it looks like your authentication details (FTP Login / Password) are not correct. Your partner who set up your FTP will have to give you the details again.
