User Reputation Value Selection

This modification would allow administrators to enable a feature which would allow users to select a value from 0 up to their max reputation power to give on a post.

For example, if the feature was enabled, a user with a power of 300 would see a drop down list with items from 0-300.

This would be useful for someone that "agrees" with a post, but doesn't think it's worth all 300 points. The user would then be allowed to give a specified amount.

I've seen a forum implement this (probably created it themselves as I've been unable to find this mod anywhere).
