I was wondering if there was a free SEO, I don't really want to buy vbSEO. I want my URL's to look like this:

example.com/forums/threads/332

example.com/forums/forums/32

example.com/forums/users/232

and so on...

Is there anyway to achieve this? Or if not where can I learn SEO? Is there already a mod out?
