Not sure if this is in the right area....but here goes....

I know that this is available for 3.6.8, VB.org uses it as well. I know that I have seen, but can not find - even when I search....could someone point me to it please?

if you type "/me" it would render like this "*brvheart" in different color....

Could someone please link me to this mod for 3.6.8?
